Instructions for Returning Equipment

  1. Fill out the Return Goods Authorization (RGA) form below. Billing and shipping addresses are optional but will be required before equipment return.
  2. List each model and serial number on the form. A label with Model and Serial number is typically located inside the enclosure or on back of instrument.
  3. For urgent repairs, select either a 7-day rush ($100 fee) or 3-day rush ($250 fee) service on the RGA Form. If we cannot meet the rush timeline, the expedite fee will not be charged.
  4. Be sure to describe any product issues under “Additional Comments.”.  If returning multiple units, list the last four digits of each serial number with a brief problem description.
  5. After submitting the RGA request, you’ll receive an immediate email confirmation and another within 8 business hours with the RGA number and shipping instructions. RGA numbers are valid for 60 days, after which a new request is needed.
