Logistics Coordinator

The Logistics Coordinator will be responsible for managing shipping and receiving, quality checks, inventory tracking, and procurement support. This is a hands-on, in-office role, supporting daily operations and helping ensure that our products reach customers accurately and on time.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Prepare shipping labels, and documentation, and ensure timely dispatch
  • Conduct quality checks on outgoing products and components, and verify contents for accuracy
  • Maintain an adequate supply of packaging materials and reorder as necessary
  • Provide shipping estimates to the Sales team
  • Inspect and verify incoming shipments for quantity and potential damage
  • Perform quality assurance (QA) inspections on specific goods upon receipt
  • Assist monthly inventory tracking/reporting
  • Assist with procurement tasks such as placing/tracking purchase orders
  • Hands-on assistance with production department processes

Qualifications:

  • 2+ years of experience in logistics, shipping/receiving, or a similar role
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Ability to lift packages up to 40 lbs
  • Experience with inventory systems and CRM software a plus
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office (especially Excel and Outlook)
  • Prior experience in a manufacturing or technical environment is preferred
  • Strong communication skills and ability to work in a team setting
