Logistics Coordinator
The Logistics Coordinator will be responsible for managing shipping and receiving, quality checks, inventory tracking, and procurement support. This is a hands-on, in-office role, supporting daily operations and helping ensure that our products reach customers accurately and on time.
Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare shipping labels, and documentation, and ensure timely dispatch
- Conduct quality checks on outgoing products and components, and verify contents for accuracy
- Maintain an adequate supply of packaging materials and reorder as necessary
- Provide shipping estimates to the Sales team
- Inspect and verify incoming shipments for quantity and potential damage
- Perform quality assurance (QA) inspections on specific goods upon receipt
- Assist monthly inventory tracking/reporting
- Assist with procurement tasks such as placing/tracking purchase orders
- Hands-on assistance with production department processes
Qualifications:
- 2+ years of experience in logistics, shipping/receiving, or a similar role
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to lift packages up to 40 lbs
- Experience with inventory systems and CRM software a plus
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office (especially Excel and Outlook)
- Prior experience in a manufacturing or technical environment is preferred
- Strong communication skills and ability to work in a team setting
