The HydroACT Residual Ozone Analyzer utilizes the very latest and best ozone sensors available in the world today.  The membrane covered sensor is insensitive to changing pH and interference from other oxidants, uses no reagents, is extremely stable, and has a reduced maintenance requirement compared to most other Ozone sensors.

The HydroACT Residual Ozone Analyzer utilizes the very latest and best ozone sensors available in the world today.  The membrane covered sensor is insensitive to changing pH and interference from other oxidants, uses no reagents, is extremely stable, and has a reduced maintenance requirement compared to most other Ozone sensors.   HydroACT offers a  versatile solution to your monitoring needs with the flexibility to accept additional sensors, as well as offering expandable I/O and PID control loops.

    A Water Treatment Plant in Auburn, AL has the need to monitor free chlorine onsite, as well as at remote locations in the distribution system, where they do not want to have to use reagents. They fist ordered a Chemtrac Reagent-less Free Chlorine analyzer in 2009, and have since purchased several more for other monitoring locations.

    When the water treatment plant in Auburn, AL was looking for the ability to monitor chlorine in off-site locations, they did not want to have to deal with on-line analyzers that required reagents. Instead they turned to Chemtrac’s HydroACT Chlorine Analyzers which utilize amperometric probe sensors with membrane caps. By choosing the probe approach, the maintenance requirements, and subsequent maintenance costs, were reduced tremendously. And the plant also came to realize that not all chlorine probe analyzers are the same.
