Chemtrac LLC, a subsidiary of North American Filtration, is seeking a driven and experienced National Sales Manager to join our team in Norcross, GA. The NSM will play a key leadership role in shaping the growth and success of our sales operations, as well as have direct sales responsibilities. This position offers the opportunity to make a significant impact on the direction of our sales strategies and overall business expansion.
Primary Responsibilities:
Develop and execute sales approaches: Build, implement, and manage an annual sales plan that aligns with Chemtrac’s business goals and growth objectives.
Sales Team Leadership: Lead, mentor, and manage a team of Regional Sales Managers, and Inside Sales, to drive performance and meet sales targets.
Marketing and Business Development: Initiate and develop innovative marketing strategies to generate new leads and opportunities in target markets.
CRM Management: Oversee and regularly update the ZOHO CRM system to track opportunities, quotes, and sales orders, ensuring accurate reporting and forecasting.
Sales Innovation: Bring fresh, innovative approaches to sales strategies while building on the proven successful methods that have traditionally driven Chemtrac’s growth.
Account Management: Build strong relationships with key clients, partners, and stakeholders, ensuring their needs are met with excellent service and support.
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience: 5+ years of experience managing a B2B technical sales team in a relevant industry.
Education: Bachelor’s degree in a technical field, or in business management, marketing, or professional sales.
Skills: Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills. Experience with CRM software (preferably ZOHO) and sales strategy development is essential.
