In the coming months, keep an eye out for the new and improved Chemtrac HydroACT multi-parameter analyzer.
We are happy to say that this month marks the 31st anniversary of Chemtrac, Inc.
Chemtrac recently conducted a four-hour training class for Water Wastewater Education & Training (WWET), in Henderson, NV. There were over 50 attendees from the local area.
Facing stringent water quality goals, water treatment plant operators hate playing “catch-up” while watching the sedimentation basin turbidity rise along with filter effluent. Standard operating procedures amongst operators would agree that a little overfeed in coagulant is easier on daily operations than trying to underfeed especially when the coagulant choice is a PACl.
Routine cleaning is essential for a streaming current monitor to work properly. Therefore, plant operators desire a unit that is easy to clean, uses a good cleaning agent, and has a quick recovery of the streaming current reading after the cleaning is complete.
Chemtrac will exhibit and present at the AWPCA (Alabama Water and Pollution Control Association)Annual Conference in Huntsville Al, August 3-5 2015.
John Clark and Joe Zimmerman of Chemtrac, Inc., will team up to present a technical paper at the Eleventh International Conference on Cycle Chemistry in Fossil and Combined Cycle Plants with Heat Recovery Steam Generators.
For over 25 years Chemtrac has exhibited at the AWWA Annual Conference & Exhibition. This week, at ACE15 in Anaheim, they are introducing the next generation Laboratory Charge Analyzer (LCA), along with the new and improved Benchtop/Portable Particle Counter (PC5000).
Attendees of the Alabama Rural Water Association’s Annual Technical Training Conference were able to learn of the advantages of streaming current monitoring while visiting the Chemtrac booth.
